What is Tailscale?

Tailscale is a VPN Mesh technology. It provides connectivity between all your devices over the public internet with no tweaks to your network settings.

Use cases (Why would anybody want to do this?)

Remote access to your WLAN Pi without touching the customer network is the main use case.

You can SSH directly to the Pi remotely over the public internet or access its web UI.

Or we can use WLAN Pi as a Remote Sensor to WiFi Explorer Pro 3 macOS application and remotely scan for existing Wi-Fi networks, plus see the live spectrum. Did you notice the interference around channels 8 and 9?

Even better, we can also see the live 6 GHz spectrum remotely via Tailscale VPN. How is that possible? We connected to our WLAN Pi via USB.
